You need thorough, professional testing, experienced, caring advice on what best fits your needs and then experienced service to fit the aids and provide follow up programming. There is an art to successfully fitting hearing aids. We listen to you and adjust your hearing aids accordingly. The prescription fit that comes on any fitting software is a good first guess, but may not be appropriate for you. Plus, the physical fit of the hearing aid is extremely important. Even a custom fit product needs to be adjusted sometimes.
